Happiness and Fulfillemnt are becoming an increasing priority for a lot of Australian’s jobsearch, where currently a quarter of Australians are unhappy with their current job and are actively seeking a better opportunity. Happy workers are considered better for both employee and employer, as they are more likely to prioritise their work, take less time off work and are highly productive and more engaged at work.
