Warm and relatable, Rachel has the great skill of developing an instant connection with her clients and engaging them towards achieving their goals. She works with individuals across all ages and particularly enjoys working with adolescents and young adults. Rachel is an advocate of a collaborative and holistic approach to mental, emotional and physical health. She is particularly passionate about focusing on early intervention and developing an individual’s resilience, well-being and overall life satisfaction.
Rachel is a compassionate Clinical Psychologist, a published author and international conference presenter on the topics of body image, resilience, mindfulness and burnout. Rachel works from Armchair Psychology’s Edgecliff office in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, as well as from Davidson in the northern suburbs of Sydney.
