If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give Armchair Psychology at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged the cost for the session. Please note that Medicare rebates do not apply when a session is a non-attendance. In the case of illness or other disability, please contact the Practice as soon as possible to reschedule and individual circumstances may be taken into account. In the case that your child is unwell, please ring prior to the session so that we can determine whether or not they should come in.
It is the policy of Armchair Psychology Practice to begin each session on time. For that reason, please understand that if you are late for a session, we will still need to end at the scheduled time, so as not to inconvenience waiting clients. Please arrive in time for your session to ensure you receive your allotted time and the best outcome is achieved.
